There’s a lot of ‘doing’ and ‘action’ at JK Business School. The flagship 2 years full time post graduate diploma in management is fashioned to prepare a participation to be an outstanding business leader. Learning theory is only a microscopic part of entire rigor at JKBS. Most of the energies are spent trying to apply the tools and techniques of management to work out live situation.
JKBS full-time program in management offers specialization in contemporary
areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, International Business,
Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Relationship, Logistic,
Banking, Insurance and Retaling.
A curriculum committee comprising core faculty members, distinguished academicians from the IIM and IITs and established business leaders form the corporate and public sectors has prepared the program.
The modern education delivery system developed by JKBS is such that participants have to necessarily go through the rigorous system of learning by doing which imbibe them with a holistic corporate and industrial perspective.
Two other significant aspects of the 2 years full time
program in management are its linkages to technology and social concerns.
Also the academic content is delivered through latest multimedia techniques.
Hence, teaching is a combination of lectures/ talks, films, animations,
power point presentations, graphic, voice overs and a judicious use
of the World Wide Web. As for social concerns, community work is compulsory
activity for every student participant. JKBS is developing links with
NGO’s to offer social projects to its student participants. Active participant
in these social activities is a must for every student
