Director's Message

A dynamic interaction of Market, State, Society and self is leading the world towards a new era – An era of “holistic globalization”. The current idea of globalization relates only to economic globalization which has its own limitations. Therefore, there is a scope to expand this idea. We need to have a new vision representing and converging in Harmony, Infinity and Diversity, clearly sending a message to the troubled world to be a as peaceful place where communities and nations could live in Peace with each other. We, as a nation, specially the teaching fraternity have a unique role to play by extending the message for peaceful eco-existence which is inherent in our rich heritage of philosophy, culture, traditions and values.

Conventionally speaking ‘Teaching and Learning” is generally understood and perceived as a dull and tedious task. But this is far from truth especially now. It is heartening to note that we academicians are thriving to make the whole procedure of teaching and learning, a stimulating and inspiring experience. To us at JKBS, innovation is the name of the game, and we strive to bring excitement into the everyday classroom learning with our novel methods to inculcate the best of professional ethics and to ensure that the future managers’ professional journey becomes more prosperous, enjoyable and rewarding.

I believe that we need new types of CEOs – those who are creative, enlightened and organic leaders capable of bringing in revolution in human history by creating model institutions and organizations and being responsive to people. This would then be true democracy leading us beyond electoral democracy. My dear students and Colleagues let us strive to meet these challenges and stop not till we reach our goals.
