Was awarded Merit Scholarship and Certificate of Merit from University of Kalyani.

35 years of work experience in various industries such as Applied Economic Research, Market Research, Fertilizer Industry, Print Media, Marketing Consultancy and Entrepreneurship in Distance Learning Management Programs through Video-Audio-Text media and Contact Programs (both Discrete Mode & Online Version at various city & plant locations, across the country) for working executives of leading corporate houses in India. During the last 4 years, he has been teaching in reputed management institutes and has also been conducting various Management Training & Development Programs, for the middle and senior level executives.

Areas of Interest : Rural Marketing, Product & Brand Management, Executive Development Programs, Extensive travelling within & outside country.

 

Dr. Sudhir Rajguru

MBA, Ph.D. in Marketing from Mohanlal Sukhadia University , Udaipur. He has 11 years of rich experience including Industry, Academic, Research and Consultancy.
Dr. Rajguru was consultant for World Bank funded project “District Poverty Initiatives Project” Rajasthan. He was coordinator faculty development programme at ICFAI, Hyderabad.
Area of Interest: Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Retail Management, Business Strategy

 

Mr. Subrata Kumar Nandi
Associate Professor,
Head-Entrepreneurship Cell

An engineering graduate from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad in the year 1993. Having completed his B.Tech in Mining, he joined Coal India and served the organisation for two and half years as a Junior Mining Engineer.
Went on to complete his post graduation in Management from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirapalli in the year 1998.
Worked with companies like Dalmia Cement, Widia India Limited (now Kennametal Inc.) and Actis Technologies in the areas of sales, marketing and channel management
Entered academics in the year 2002 and has been associated with three business schools in NCR
Returned to the corporate world and worked with Hughes Communications India Limited as Regional Sales Manager for North and East for their HughesNet Global Education division and Logistics Plus India Pvt. Ltd. as head of corporate planning and training between 2005 and 2008.

 

 


Dr. Richa Dahiya

PhD and MBA in Marketing from Kurukshetra University. She has 7 years and 6
months experience in academics and Industry. She has published various papers in reputed referred Journals and presented papers in various National and International conferences. Presently writing a book on On-line Shopping in India. She has been an active member of various committees like ISO, workshops, cultural, Counseling etc. she has attended workshops on case
study method of teaching, Research Methodology, Impact of Effective communication skills in Business and Entrepreneurship Development.
