The Residency is JKBS's plush and secure residential facility located within the campuss.

Outdoor & Indoor Games

There is facility for outdoor games such as football, cricket basketball, volleyball and badminton. Table Tennis, Chess & Carrom Board are available as part of indoor games.

 

Tuck Shop / STD Facility

Items of daily use can be purchased from the hostel tuck shop. An STD booth round-the-clock facility is also available in the premises for the convenience of the residents.

 

Cyber Cafe : Security : Gymnasium : Sick Bay:

The hostel provides state-of-art modern cyber café. The residency is secured, round-the-clock, by professional security service.
The hostel gym provides modern exercising equipments at minimal cost to the residents. Paramedics on the premises ensure that immediate medical help is always available on hand. An emergency mobile van is stationed in the hostel to evacuate the student to the hospital in case of emergency. The Residency has a tie-up with various reputed hospitals for the purpose and medical expenses for the same shall be borne by the student.

Parlour: The Cafeteria

We have other facilities like boutique, Girls' Parlour and Boys' salon in the campus. Serving your Taste Buds The Residency Cafeteria provides wholesome and nutritious meal-plans that undoubtedly surpass your expectations. A multi-cuisine menu is offered to residents, which includes Indian, Continental, Italian, Thai and Chinese cuisine in rotation. Meals are available on a fixed charge.

Rooms on Sharing Basis. Rooms will be centrally air conditioned. Mess charges includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, morning and evening Tea for 7 days/ week including Holidays.
